What is it about

Are you a seasoned Account Manager with the gravitas to identify, drive and generate new business relationships within the investment banking space? Can the words influential, resourceful and sales driven be used to describe you?

  • We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned Account Manager to support, partner and enhance our business from a new sales perspective. In your new role as Account Manager, your core focuses will be to identify new business opportunities and in turn, create new streams of revenue. You’ll take complete ownership of lead and meeting generation, client relationship management and the overall project that you are supporting our clients (Tier 1 and 2 investment banks) with. We have dedicated Partner Managers and Service Delivery Managers that will support you to achieve success; our Partner Managers will do this by managing the recruitment process. Our Service Delivery Managers, will support you by managing consultant relationships once onsite, working with our clients. Internally acting as project lead, you will drive our Partner Managers to ensure that they are delivering the calibre of candidates needed to successfully complete our unique projects with our clients.

How can you contribute

In your role as Account Manager you'll:

  • Research client organisation to facilitate the smart-targeting of business propositions
  • Network with clients and consultants to generate leads and referrals for new business opportunities
  • Successfully secure meetings with potential senior employees/prospective clients and will prepare and deliver presentations and proposals with the idea to partner them on long term projects
  • Engage with customers through various channels to continuously establish value in our solutions and services
  • Use the resources provided to you, Partner Managers and Service Delivery Managers to ensure that we as a business achieve success

Who are you?

Qualification / General Profile

To be considered for this rewarding opportunity you'll:

  • Have in-depth and recent experience in selling recruitment solutions to investment banks
  • Have mastered the art of persuasion and be able to influence at all levels
  • Be adept at creating account management plans and identifying potential client requirements
  • Be a natural leader, proactive in up-selling and cross-selling our business solutions to new and existing clients
